We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the shipment inspection management system "SmartF" at Saga Co., Ltd., a cosmetics manufacturer. With the operation of the new warehouse, there was a risk of product mix-ups and quantity errors occurring with only visual checks. As a result of the implementation, by switching to operations that involve barcode verification using handheld devices, the number of shipping errors for barcode-labeled products has been reduced to zero.
